Shipping & Returns

We are currently only able to ship orders to the United States (including APO/FPO/DPO addresses).

You can avoid shipping charges entirely by choosing "In-Store Pick Up" during checkout. We'll contact you when your items are ready to be picked up at the store, which usually takes two to seven business days.

Our standard shipping charges are based on your order total (and do not apply to items that require truck shipment, see below):

Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Home Delivery, or UPS Ground from our store in downtown Los Angeles within seven business days of your order being processed. We will contact you if we anticipate a longer delay in shipping your items.

Large and/or hazardous items will need to be sent via common carrier truck lines or courier service and may incur additional charges. We will contact you with the total shipping cost for such items. Remember, you can always avoid shipping charges on such items by picking them up from our store.

Unwanted, defective, or damaged goods can be returned per the instructions that will be included with your shipment. You can also contact us at info@rawmaterialsLA.com to handle any issues.
